Contract, Liability Forms and Cancellation Policy

	Our Contract A simple and binding agreement used to protect both you and Simple Moves. The contract must be read through and signed prior to doing any move. You may either print one out, or the movers will have one with them.
	Our Release from Liability A document used to release Simple Moves from liability under certain circumstances.

Cancellation policy When reserving a move we require a credit card number to hold the spot for you. Absolutely nothing at all will be charged to your card. The number is used strictly to reserve the space. If you cancel or change your move date/time we must be notified at least 48 business hours before the day of the move. If we are not given this notice there will be a non-refundable $50.00 charge. If you prefer, a deposit in the amount of $50.00 may be mailed or brought to our office.
